Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Global Delivery Solutions (GDS) to lead and manage delivery of professional services to international clients. The role involves overseeing accounting, compliance, and advisory assignments while managing a team and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Global Delivery Solutions (GDS) team supporting international clients.
• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting assignments .
• Manage corporate compliance, regulatory filings, and documentation .
• Ensure timely delivery and quality control of client assignments.
• Coordinate with overseas offices and client teams for smooth project execution.
• Review work performed by team members and provide guidance and mentorship.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency .
• Maintain strong client relationships and support business growth initiatives
