- Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 (based on experience)
- Lead and oversee all nursing operations in a 100+ bed skilled nursing facility
- Coach, develop, and retain a high-performing nursing team.
- Maintain survey readiness and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations.
- Drive quality initiatives, patient safety, and best - practice clinical standards.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and quality initiatives
- Manage staffing, recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Partner with community leadership to support staffing, operations, and culture.
- Foster a positive, patient-centered care culture
- Active RN license in Connecticut or reciprocal state
- 2+ years of nursing leadership experience (DON, ADON, or similar)
- DON experience in Skilled Nursing/LTC required.
- Strong regulatory knowledge of long-term care regulations and proven leadership presence.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
