Akron Children's Hospital in Ohio is seeking a Medical Assistant to provide clinical and administrative support under the direction of a Provider and/or licensed Nurse. The role includes preparing patients for examinations, taking vital signs, phlebotomy as needed, performing clerical tasks, and documenting in EPIC.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, completion of a Medical Assistant program or EMT/Paramedic program, BLS certification, and preferred Medical Assistant
