With a strong focus on customer service, you will build lasting relationships while providing wealth-related sales and support. Candidates with 1-3 years of experience and a completed Canadian Securities Course are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers in the inbound call queue

• Provide investment-related advice and services

• Onboard new accounts efficiently

• Assist in Mutual Fund and Term investment transactions

• Build trust and meaningful customer relationships

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience

• Completed Canadian Securities Course or IFIC course

• Understanding of market trends and products

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset
