Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs assessments to increase customer loyalty

• Promote everyday banking and retail investment solutions

• Advise on digital banking tools and capabilities

• Generate appointments by building community relationships

• Ensure compliance with lending policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in financial services of 2 - 3 years

• Registration to sell investment products for Canada

• Familiarity with personal banking and lending practices

• Strong customer service and sales orientation

• Ability to work collaboratively in team settings
