Overview
The Onsite Manager is responsible for managing the staffing needs of our client while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Manage temporary staffing needs of the client while working in conjunction with our recruitment team. Customize or enhance recruiting, training, recognition, and retention programs to ensure optimum customer service. Implement orientation program for temporary associates, which incorporates customer's policies. Monitor and address personnel issues and concerns quickly and effectively.

ResponsibilitiesHow you’ll make an impact as an Onsite Manager:
- Directly support the client’s staffing needs and partner with the recruitment team to fill positions efficiently
- Customize or enhance recruiting, training, recognition, and retention programs to deliver excellent customer service
- Implement orientation programs for temporary associates aligned with customer policies
- Monitor and address personnel issues quickly and effectively
- Anticipate the needs of the customer and develop strong relationships with clients, candidates, and associates
- Engage current talent in programs that provide development for future opportunities
- 3 to 5 years as a Staffing Specialist, Recruiter or equivalent
- Experience in management or supervisory level
- Experience in Warehousing is considered an asset
- Team player who is highly service oriented, autonomous, patient and flexible
- Must enjoy a fast-paced work environment and possess strong communication skills
