Ideal for an experienced bookkeeper looking for consistent light hours throughout the year with a predictable seasonal ramp‑up.
Schedule- Light, flexible hours year‑round
- Increased workload during summer/early fall peak season
- Full‑cycle A/P and A/R
- Process invoices, payments, and deposits
- Bank & credit card reconciliations
- Maintain accurate coding and organized records
- Support seasonal vendor payments and event‑related revenue
- Prepare financial reports
- Coordinate with leadership and external CPA for year‑end
- Strong bookkeeping fundamentals
- Quick Books proficiency required
- Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
Office‑based role in the Greater Concord, NH area with some workflow flexibility.
