Automotive Accounting Associate

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, financial records and reporting, deal processing, coordinating accounting matters with other departments and budget preparation/analysis.

Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, assist with budget preparation, and support annual audits as needed.

Proven experience in an accounting role is required. Previous automotive dealership accounting experience (e.g., using ADP, CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds DMS) is preferred.

Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.

Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), general ledger software, and comfortable learning new dealership management systems.

Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and a high degree of accuracy.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused and professional demeanor.

A valid driver's license and the ability to pass pre-employment testing.
