Payroll, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Adecco is hiring for a Payroll Coordinator in the Newington, NH area! We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to join a fast-paced finance team. This full-time opportunity offers competitive pay and the chance to grow your payroll and administrative experience with a leading manufacturer.
Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
Responsibilities- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Review and maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and pay changes
- Audit timecards and resolve timekeeping discrepancies
- Assist with payroll deductions, reporting, and documentation
- Generate payroll reports and maintain confidential employee records
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end payroll activities
- Assist with employment verifications and workers' compensation reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree preferred - 1-2 years of payroll or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with payroll systems is a plus
Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
