We are looking for a hands-on Controller to manage day-to-day financial operations, job costing, and corporate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee month-end close, financial statements, and general ledger operations, especially multi-entity accounting.
- Manage job costing, project budgets, and profitability analysis.
- Support regulatory compliance, internal controls, and tax/audit preparation.
- 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial services.
- Strong practical expertise in job costing, ERP systems, and Advanced Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with relative experience.
- $90,000 – $120,000 / year (based on experience and expertise)
- Health/Dental insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO
