All Star Smiles Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Scheduling Coordinator, to join our thriving practice.
Please note, this position is based primarily out of our Amherst, NH location – with travel one day per week to our Bedford, NH office.

- Manage the Schedule with Precision :
Greet and check in patients, fill open appointment slots, handle scheduling challenges with professionalism, and ensure a productive daily flow. - Deliver Outstanding Patient Service :
Welcome new patients, answer calls with care, and follow up on missed or emergency appointments. - Coordinate Daily Operations :
Prepare morning meeting reports, facilitate staff huddles, and communicate with clinical and financial teams to ensure seamless patient care. Keep the office stocked & organized - Support Administrative Tasks :
Process payments, send records, manage mail, maintain organized files, and keep the reception area clean and inviting. - Maintain Scheduling Systems: Monitor appointment confirmations, update patient statuses, and manage recall and retention systems to keep patients engaged and on track.
- Handle Special Communications :
Respond to inquiries from referral dentists, second-opinion callers, and new patient inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years related experience preferred.
