This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What You’ll Do- Provide administrative support with minimal supervision, serving as a primary contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Manage office operations, including communications, correspondence, mail handling, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, events, travel arrangements, and support HR with initiatives and new‑hire onboarding.
- Handle vendor coordination, purchasing of production materials, and manage 5S site records and audit tracking.
- Perform SAP-related tasks and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
- High School diploma or technical education required: associate degree preferred
- Must be able to work onsite
- Monday-Friday morning hours
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or work coordination preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint)
- Strong Time management and organization skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- High level of confidentiality is required

The salary for this role is $60,000.00 - $65,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
