We are a busy family of two with a toddler, dog, and cat, and we are looking for a professional, organized, and caring Household Manager to help keep our home running smoothly. Our days are full, and we are seeking someone who can bring structure and support to our dynamic household.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing household organization, running errands, grocery shopping, preparing healthy meals, pet care, laundry, and assisting with light administrative work. Flexibility is essential, as our priorities can shift depending on family needs and work schedules.
We value a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is highly dependable and can anticipate needs and take initiative. You are comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously and providing consistent support while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. We’re looking for someone who can stay ahead of the curve, take ownership of responsibilities, and ensure our household runs efficiently and effortlessly.
About You:We are looking for a reliable, warm, and highly organized person who can seamlessly manage both household tasks and light administrative duties. You are comfortable working around young children and pets, bringing a nurturing yet professional approach to all that you do. With a "no task too big or too small" mentality, you take pride in your work, solve problems independently, and communicate clearly to ensure everything runs smoothly.
You are tech-savvy, able to efficiently manage shared calendars, coordinate schedules, and track errands with attention to detail. You have a proactive mindset and anticipate the needs of our family, adapting quickly when priorities shift. While you excel in working independently, you also know when collaboration is needed, bringing a team-oriented spirit to the role.
Flexibility is key, as schedules may change, and occasionally, evening or travel support may be required with advance notice. With a positive, sunny disposition, you are a self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and finds satisfaction in helping to ease the demands of both professional and personal life. Your efforts will allow us to focus on what matters most: spending more quality time together.
