Front Desk Receptionist - Part Time

Gilford Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable part‑time front desk receptionist to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with strong communications skills who enjoys working with patients and helping create a positive office experience.

Approximately 2‑3 days per week or 4 shorter/abbreviated days. Hours and schedule can be discussed based on applicant availability and office needs.

• Patient scheduling and appointment coordination
• Insurance verification
• Billing and payment collection
• Answering phones and assisting patients
• Managing patient records and communication
• General front office administrative duties

• $23‑26/hour depending on experience
• 4% 401k match
• 1 week PTO after 90 days
• 2 weeks PTO annually beginning January 1, 2027
• 1 additional day of PTO for every quarter without call‑outs, up to 4 days of additional PTO per year
• $2,500 annual dental benefit
• Paid major holidays
• Christmas week closure

Dental office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong customer service and organizational skills.
