Position:
Permanent – Full Time

This role requires an experienced and highly organised administrator who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and providing valuable support to a successful property team.

Working closely with the sales and lettings departments, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and administrative processes. The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records and delivering outstanding customer service while supporting colleagues, clients and applicants throughout the property transaction process.

  • Providing administrative support to the sales and lettings teams

  • Supporting sales progression and general office operations
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in office administration
  • Estate agency experience, ideally within residential sales or lettings
  • Good understanding of the residential sales and lettings process
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Competent IT skills and experience using office‑based systems
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
