We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the processing of important documentation and administrative transactions. This role works closely with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure records are accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys solving problems while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Process and review administrative documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure all required information and supporting documents are received and meet established guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve outstanding items and gather necessary information.
  • Track pending transactions and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor workflow reports and help maintain service levels and processing timelines.
  • Identify exceptions, research issues, and escalate concerns when appropriate.
  • Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency, quality, and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide updates on work status and outstanding items.
  • Assist with special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
