Inspector - Second Shift

Role Overview

As an Inspector, you will handle collection and testing of special customer requests, ensuring all project requirements are met with integrity. Your duties include timely collection fulfillment, assisting with customer follow-ups, maintaining communication with management, and documenting device damage via web camera. You will research items to meet specific collection criteria, disqualify damaged devices, and elevate potential issues to management. The role requires attention to detail, critical thinking, and effective communication.

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and critical thinking
• Ability to lift 10-25 lbs. frequently, up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 2+ years experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Self-motivated, team player, with strong communication skills
• Discretion and high integrity
