Office Administrator/ Coordinator
As a Front Office Administrative Assistant, you will be a vital part of the Company by directly supporting and completing the day-to-day activities that support the administrative/dispatch team for our Lebanon, NH District. The role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring confidential activities that support the district towards overall success.

- Tracking and assisting on hitting deadlines for various projects
- Process adjustments to customer accounts timely and accurately
- Demonstrate strong initiative on trouble shooting and research
- Ensure proper customer follow-up
- Processing daily deposits
- Handling customer escalations
- Supporting the Input team to meet their billing obligations.
- You will be the face of the company for all visitors, assuring all customers and visitors are greeted properly

Experience:
- Post‑secondary education, certificate program in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience working in an administrative capacity
The expected hourly range for this position is $23.00-$28.75. Placement within range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills
