We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Salem, NH area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers enforce established policies, procedures and standards, schedule mechanics/technicians' work, manage outside orders, ensure quality and timely completion of jobs, meet customer expectations and maintain team safety.

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. They direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stage vehicle repair and maintenance work, and communicate directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, ensure satisfaction and meet expectations.

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• One year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or automotive repairs/maintenance, or a combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates ability to perform the duties of the position
