We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our business office in Contoocook, NH.

• Manage Accounts Receivable through tracking eligibility documentation, accurate and timely claims submission, claims management, payment posting, claims denial management, and collections.

• Associate’s degree or higher; competency in basic accounting principles; prior experience with billing and collections.
• Strong preference for hands-on experience with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and healthcare billing (primarily CMS).
• Minimum required: intermediate MS Excel proficiency; ability to provide exceptional customer service and to work efficiently and with accuracy.

• Full-time role in Contoocook, NH.
