About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized, systems-minded Intern to support priority initiatives within the Office of the President of Europe. This role works at the intersection of operations, and execution, helping ensure that cross-functional initiatives move forward with clarity, structure, and strong follow-through.
You will work closely with the Strategic Projects Manager and wider PMO to support day-to-day project tracking and reporting, while also contributing to improvements in how work is coordinated, monitored, and executed. The role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and broad visibility across the European organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure and execution, and who is naturally inclined to spot inefficiencies, simplify ways of working, and make processes more reliable and repeatable over time.
What You’ll DoPMO Execution & Support
- Support the tracking and coordination of strategic projects across the European organization
- Maintain and improve PMO tools (e.g. Jira boards, trackers, action logs)
- Support meeting hygiene: agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up discipline
- Ensure actions, dependencies, and risks are clearly captured and progressed
- Observe and document recurring PMO activities that create manual overhead
- Help translate PMO needs into automation or AI-assisted use cases
- Prototype smarter ways of working within the existing tool ecosystem
By the end of the internship, you will design and pilot an AI- and automation-driven PMO support model focused on reducing manual effort, improving reliability, and enabling "things to run themselves" wherever possible. This project builds on our existing PMO playbook and looks forward: how modern PMOs leverage AI, automation, and agentic support to scale. This may include:
- Mapping current PMO activities and identifying candidates for automation or AI augmentation (e.g. reporting, follow-ups, status hygiene, meeting outputs)
- Designing simple automation flows (e.g. reminders is the to ..???) IC
- Prototyping Copilot / agent-based support for recurring PMO → (??) something
- Status be? something
- Executive-
- Action and risk tracking from meetings
- Defining a clear "human vs system" split: what should be run by people vs by automation
- Documenting recommendations, limitations, and guardrails for responsible use
The final output will be a practical, implementation-ready concept, outlining what could realistically be automated in the Lucid Europe PMO today, what could follow next, and how this improves execution, focus, and quality.
What We’re Looking For- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with high attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working with structured data, trackers, and presentations
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Curious mindset with an interest in project management, operations, or strategy
- Studying Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field

- Hands-on experience supporting strategic projects in a European leadership context
- Exposure to executive-level reporting and governance
- Practical experience with PMO tools, methods, and best practices
- Ownership of meaningful deliverables you can showcase
- A collaborative, fast-moving, and purpose-driven work environment
This role is designed for someone who can work independently and take ownership from day one. You are comfortable driving work forward without waiting for detailed instructions, proactively identifying what needs to be done, and following through with a
