What To Expect as a Lindtern:

Our twelve-week Lindternship program offers hands-on experience, allowing undergraduate and graduate students to gain practical skills and contribute to projects that directly impact our business. During the summer, interns will be paired with a mentor, attend professional career development workshops/sessions and attend networking events to meet additional team members. Our Lindternship Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders who are passionate, curious, and ready to make an impact in the premium chocolate industry.

Our program is based at our Lindt USA HQ in Stratham, NH. The internship program runs from June 1, 2027 - August 20, 2027.

Are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with graduation between May 2027 and May 2029

Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and a collaborative spirit

Are excited to contribute to Lindt’s mission and values

Intern projects at Lindt USA are designed to make a real impact on our business, our brands, and your career. Interns contribute to meaningful initiatives that drive our mission forward. When applying, applicants will select a function that they most want to pursue for their internship experience:

Marketing Creative Operations  (Logistics, Supply Chain, Planning, Order Management)

Compensation Range: $20 an hour

Lindt USA’s salary range reflects market rates based on our size, revenue, and location. Starting pay is determined using a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience as well as market conditions. A bonus and/or long-term incentive may be included as part of this compensation package.
