Interior Design Selections Specialist

Become part of our growing team, focusing on our Unity Homes brand operated through Benson Woodworking Company. We specialize in designing and constructing energy-efficient homes using sustainable materials and modern technology.

Your role will involve supporting clients through the design process, guiding the selection of finishes and fixtures, and ensuring the successful delivery of these items. This position is primarily office-based in Walpole, NH.

• Assist in writing construction contracts
• Generate material takeoffs from plans and assist in estimating
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
• Process and approve vendor invoices
• Research finish and fixture options

• Experience and/or coursework in residential high-performance construction
• Experience with interior design and/or kitchen design
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Experience with or interest in learning CAD programs

• Positive, resourceful team player
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to complete tasks accurately, both independently and within a team
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
