Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects valued at $5M–$30M+ throughout New Hampshire and southern Maine. The successful candidate will manage all phases of construction—from pre‑construction planning through project closeout—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Core Responsibilities Pre-Construction- Develop scope, schedule & budget
- Review drawings; identify risks
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders via Autodesk Build
- Manage $5M–$30M+ budgets
- Review subcontractor pay applications & owner invoices
- Negotiate change order pricing
- Primary owner/architect contact
- Coordinate punch list, CO & closeout documents

Qualifications Required- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive construction project management experience, with at least 3 years managing projects of $10M–$30M or greater
- Demonstrated track record delivering large‑scale commercial, industrial, or multifamily projects from ground‑up through closeout
- Proficiency with Procore or Autodesk Build, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites throughout NH
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) certification
- Experience with Design‑Build or CM at Risk delivery
- Familiarity with New Hampshire building codes and permitting processes
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

This position operates in a fast‑paced construction environment requiring both office and field presence. The Project Manager will regularly visit active construction sites and must be able to navigate uneven terrain, stairs, scaffolding, and varying weather conditions. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to meet project milestones.
