Site Foreman – Heavy Civil Construction

Site Foreman

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee daily field operations on heavy civil, utility, and site development projects. This individual will lead crews, coordinate equipment and materials, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintain project quality and productivity.

• Lead field crews on active job sites
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and grades
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards
• Maintain daily reports and communicate progress to management
• Promote and enforce company safety policies

Projects may include:

• Road Construction & Reconstruction
• Water Mains, Sewer, Septic, and Utility Installation
• Site Development (Subdivisions, Industrial Parks)
• Commercial, Residential, School, Hospital, and Apartment Sitework
• Retaining Walls
• Wetlands Construction
• Hoe Ram Rock Excavation
• Fine Grading
• Paving & Pavement Reclamation
• Parking Lots
• Temporary Water Systems

• 5+ years of excavation, utility, sitework, or heavy civil construction experience
• Previous leadership experience
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• OSHA 10/30 and CDL are a plus
