We are currently seeking Sitework Laborers for a trusted customer in Newington, NH. This is a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity with steady work, competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for long-term employment.

• Assist with site clearing, grading, and excavation
• Support installation of underground utilities, including water, sewer, and drainage systems
• Perform trenching, back filling, and compaction
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and plate compactors
• Assist with foundation preparation and general site development
• Load, unload, and move materials around the jobsite
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements

• Previous construction, sitework, or laborer experience preferred
• Experience with excavation, pipe laying, utility work, or dirt work is a plus
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on uneven terrain
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Ability to travel to jobsites throughout Southern New Hampshire
