OverviewOur client is looking for a Creative Project Manager to support creative production for a well-established fashion and footwear retail brand. This role focuses on managing end-to-end creative projects across marketing and retail initiatives, partnering closely with creative, production, and cross-functional teams to ensure work is delivered on time, on brand, and within scope.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in creative project management within fashion, footwear, or apparel and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with regular onsite engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage creative projects from kickoff through delivery across retail and marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain timelines, track deliverables, and manage dependencies across teams
- Partner closely with creative, marketing, and production stakeholders to align on scope and priorities
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality and brand standards
- Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly to stakeholders
- Support multiple work streams simultaneously in a high-volume creative environment
- Experience managing creative production projects in fashion, footwear, or apparel retail
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working onsite multiple days per week and adapting to shifting priorities
- Proven ability to keep projects moving in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
Client is willing to offer 12 PTO days for 6 months (8 vacation + 4 sick).
