Email Marketing Specialist - Graphic Designer

smartdept. is searching for an Email Marketing Specialist (Graphic Designer Focus) for a direct marketing industry client located in Hooksett, NH.The ideal candidate will come with 3–5 years of experience. This is a full-time, onsite, temp-to-hire position. This is a graphic design role supporting an award-winning team responsible for designing multi-channel marketing campaigns. The focus of the role is hands‑on visual design across digital, print, social, and email, with email campaigns as an important part of broader creative initiatives.

• Design multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital ads, social, print, and email

• Serve as a hands‑on graphic designer supporting campaign creative and content development

• Design and execute email campaigns as part of larger integrated marketing efforts

• Collaborate with copywriters and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and accuracy

• Participate in the print production process

• Incorporate feedback and revisions throughout the design process

Education/

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 3–5 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Familiarity with email platforms such as Hub Spot or Mail Chimp

• Understanding of HTML

• Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
