Position Purpose
- New England College Division of Art and Design is looking for someone to teach courses in Video Production for the Spring 2026 Term
Essential Duties Summary

Description:
Students learn basic strategies of shooting, sound recording and editing digital video to create short quality productions. Through hands-on experience and learning from professional video analysis, students will be able to understand and practice the fundamental elements of this ultimate communication tool. Video production is rarely a solo endeavor so students will learn the ins-and-outs of working as a production team and will take on all necessary roles.
A video camera or still camera with video capacity is suggested but not required.
Required Qualifications - 1-3 years experience in the area of video production demonstrating creativity and attention to detail Portfolio demonstrating video work Proficient with a variety of software products. Must be familiar with Adobe programs including Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Additional programs may include Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Media Encoder, etc. Ability to troubleshoot problems/issues with the equipment Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook)

Starting Salary - $850 per credit
