We are looking for a Full-time, Parts Specialist to help us in delivering award-winning customer service and creating a unique and memorable experience for our customers.
This position will assist the Parts Manager in ensuring the success of the Marina at our Wolfeboro.
- The Parts Specialist is responsible for assisting the Parts Manager with parts inventory, cycle count and ordering supplies needed for service.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Assist walk-in customers, as well as phone customers with their parts and accessory needs.
- Lead day-to-day operations of the parts department in the absence of the Parts Manager.
- Order, return, receive, and provide parts to the service department.
- Accurately receive and assign parts and purchases to the appropriate service and customer orders.
- Communicate in an efficient and timely manner with OEM suppliers both over the phone and through email.
- Recommend products and encourage sales while assisting customers.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and work unsupervised.
- Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.
- Must be available to work overtime during the busy seasons, some weekends are a must.
- Other duties as needed.
- Minimum of High School degree or equivalent
- ASE certification, preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Must have working knowledge of marine parts and components.
- A minimum 2-years of experience in a repair or service facility.
- Good administrative, planning, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Lightspeed software is a plus.
- Computer skills a must.
$20 - $27 per hour
