We are currently looking for a full‑time Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will provide effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in‑depth knowledge of company products and programs.

Schedule: Sunday 7:00 am‑1:00 pm, Monday‑Thursday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm.
Must be willing to work holidays.

Position Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Confer with internal and external customers by telephone to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, and gather details of issues.
  • Receive and respond to customer issues; interaction with other departments is crucial to help resolve issues.
  • Resolve customers’ service or billing issues by performing activities such as issuing credits and arranging pick‑ups.
  • Support customers with internet orders and solve issues to find the best solution.
  • File and maintain records according to the filing system used; locate and remove material from file when requested.
  • May perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.

Essential

Skills & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Five years’ experience in a customer service–related field.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Ability to deal calmly and effectively with high‑stress situations, including high call volume and customer complaint resolution.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
