Bellwether Community Credit Union is seeking a friendly, service-focused Member Service Representative to join our Retail Services team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional member experiences by accurately processing financial transactions, providing account support, identifying members' financial needs, and recommending products and services that help them achieve their goals.

• Process financial transactions accurately while maintaining strong cash handling and balancing practices.
• Provide outstanding member service by answering account questions and resolving routine concerns.
• Identify opportunities to deepen member relationships through product recommendations, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Meet individual and team sales goals focused on membership growth and deposit products.
• Support fraud prevention efforts and maintain compliance with BSA regulations and credit union policies.

• Customer service experience, preferably in banking, credit union, or retail financial services.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Sales or referral experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn financial systems and technologies.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 35 pounds.

Average 20 hours/week & Saturdays 9am
-12 pm are required. Flexibility to work until 6 pm Thursdays preferred.

Eligible to earn monthly sales' incentives & accrue paid vacation time.
