Shift Options:

  • 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $22.70 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for distributors, processing orders, managing inquiries, and supporting customers throughout the order lifecycle. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong organizational skills, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and process customer orders, inquiries, and quote requests from distributors.
  • Review and validate distributor orders to ensure product manufacturability and accuracy.
  • Verify all variable data associated with orders and quotation requests.
  • Process order modifications, updates, and revisions as requested by distributors.
  • Provide customer support by assisting with quotations, phone calls, questions, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely entry of information into company systems.
  • Meet daily productivity and processing goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience or experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in data entry and keyboarding while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Office 365 applications.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, SAP, and AS400.
  • Experience working with order management systems.

Pay Details: $22.70 per hour
