As our new Licensed Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand for our clients, playing a crucial role in their insurance journey. You’ll help them understand their coverage, manage their accounts, and ensure they feel confident and secure. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholder inquiries, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Handle policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist clients in understanding their coverage options and policy details.
  • Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with agents and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Valid Property & Casualty License (Required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office setting.
