Dispatcher, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Key Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for an organized and dependable Dispatcher for our Alton office.

This person will help support our Alton office technicians by dispatching service calls, ordering parts, keeping track of a small inventory, and communicating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians to service calls in the Alton area
• Monitor the daily schedule and update technicians as needed
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and text
• Confirm appointments and provide customer updates
• Order parts for service jobs and repairs
• Coordinate parts deliveries to the Alton office
• Label and organize parts when they arrive
• Keep track of a small parts inventory
• Update job notes and customer information in company software
• Help keep the Alton office organized and running smoothly

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Comfortable using phones, email, and computers
• Able to multitask during a busy day
• Friendly and professional with customers
• Dependable and willing to help the team
• Previous dispatching, customer service, or HVAC experience is helpful but not required
