The Fitness Ambassador is a full-time, on-site role based in North Conway, NH. This role engages guests on the sales floor, introduces them to lululemon products, and offers recommendations that support their fitness and wellness goals. The Fitness Ambassador leads and participates in in-store and community-based events, classes, and activations to build strong relationships and promote an active lifestyle. Daily responsibilities include educating guests on product features and technical fabrics, maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment, and supporting visual merchandising standards.

The role also involves collaborating with the store team, sharing product feedback, and staying informed about local fitness trends and community partners.

• Strong customer service and guest experience skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage diverse community members.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person and in writing, including listening and asking thoughtful questions.
• Knowledge of fitness, wellness, or athletic training concepts, with a genuine passion for an active, healthy lifestyle.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar guest-facing environment, including handling transactions and working on a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and support physical aspects of store operations as needed.
• Comfort facilitating or supporting fitness events, classes, and community outreach initiatives.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with reliability in meeting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in fitness, health, or coaching are beneficial.
