This is a part-time position, with shifts varying as needed but always scheduled within normal business hours.

In this role, you'll answer incoming calls, gather important information, and guide customers toward the appointment times that best fit their needs. Often, you'll play detective by asking thoughtful questions and reading between the lines to uncover what a customer is really experiencing, helping them understand their own needs and ensuring they receive the right service.

Here's what we need from you:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and build effective systems and processes

Previous customer service, office, CSR, POS, or related software experience is preferred, but we are prepared to train the right candidate!
