We are seeking a motivated and caring Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing team! Whether you're an experienced hygienist or a recent graduate, we offer a supportive environment where you can thrive. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options (4-5 days/week) and no weekend hours—perfect for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Pay- $40 - $50 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Monday-Thursday (8AM-5PM), Friday (8AM-3PM), NO WEEKENDS!
Requirements- License & Certification:
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Licensed dental hygienist - Active New Hampshire RDH license.
- CPR Certification.
- Strong knowledge of periodontal care and preventive dentistry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Experience:
Open Dental - Experience with digital charting and dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
- Passion for patient education and community outreach.
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and periodontal treatments with precision and care.
- Conduct oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and oral cancer screenings.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and personalized care plans.
- Take and process digital X-rays and assist with dental charting.
- Build trusting relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience.
- Collaborate with dentists to provide personalized treatment recommendations.
- Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols.
