About Lucid

At Lucid, we are creating exceptional mobility experiences through innovation to drive the world forward. Built on Lucid’s proprietary technology and software-defined vehicle architecture, our award-winning vehicles bring our "Compromise Nothing™" approach to the global automotive market. That means refusing to choose between performance and sustainability, design and engineering, ambition and integrity. In Lucid Air and Lucid Gravity, we have designed and built vehicles that have redefined their segments, combining exceptional range, performance, design, and expansive space in a single experience.

We achieve this through deep vertical integration, with design, engineering, and production happening in-house across our global offices and manufacturing facilities. Our teams come from industries around the world, united by a shared commitment to excellence. By refusing to settle, you can help redefine what’s possible and shape the future of mobility.

Lucid Motors is looking for a motivated Retail Development Intern to join our EMEA Retail Development team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across both project execution and design development, supporting the delivery of Lucid showrooms and service facilities while working with internal stakeholders and external partners to help bring our brand vision to life.

What you’ll do
  • Help support project planning and coordination for retail development projects, including trackers, milestones, key actions, and follow‑ups.
  • Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and documentation to support smooth project execution and accurate record keeping.
  • Support cost management by helping maintain budgets, cost trackers, and reporting tools across active projects.
  • Contribute to design development activities such as space planning, test fits, and layout coordination for retail and service facilities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to support due diligence, design documentation, and project progress.
  • Prepare presentations and status updates that communicate progress, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
  • Support the review and organization of drawings, design packages, and project documentation to ensure consistency and completeness.
  • Provide general admin and organizational support, including meeting notes, trackers, and document filing, to help keep projects running smoothly.
What we’re looking for
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in retail development, project execution, and design coordination, with curiosity about how projects move from concept to delivery.
  • Basic understanding of project planning, budgeting, cost tracking, or documentation workflows is a plus.
  • Interest in space planning, retail layouts, and design development processes.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross‑functional team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is expected; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with project coordination tools, budgeting trackers, purchase order processes, or consultant/vendor management is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of space planning, test fitting, or retail design principles is an advantage.
  • Exposure to AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Bluebeam, or similar design tools is beneficial.
  • Experience or coursework related to retail design, customer experience, or automotive facilities is a plus.
  • Language skills:
    Fluent English required;
German or another European language is a plus.
What you’ll gain
  • Hands‑on exposure to retail and service facility development within a premium automotive brand.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional and external teams, including design, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Practical learning in project execution, cost management, design coordination, and documentation review.
  • Mentorship and coaching from experienced retail development…
