About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated
Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Whitefield, NH, a
welcoming rural community in northern New Hampshire.

This role offers the
opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in an autonomous practice
while serving a high elderly population.

Position Highlights:

Competitive base
compensation with potential wRVU productivity and quality bonuses ($250,000 - $300,000
USD)

No weekend or holiday shifts
5 weeks vacation and 5 days
sick time
1 week CME time plus $4,000

Daily patient load: 16–22
patients
Clinical schedule: 36
patient hours with 4 hours of administrative time
May participate in daytime
call rotation (no after-hours call)

Supported by an RN Team
Leader and Medical Assistant

Requirements:

Board certified (or
eligible) in Family or Internal Medicine, per Medical Staff Bylaws.
ACLS and BLS certification
from the American Heart Association required.
Successful completion of an
approved residency through ACGME, AOA, or Royal College of Physicians and
Surgeons of Canada.
Experience in chronic
disease management and care of elderly populations preferred.
Comfortable managing an
independent patient panel with autonomous practice.
Strong interpersonal and
communication skills to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and
colleagues.
