Job Title Adjunct Faculty in Education Position Purpose

New England College seeks part-time faculty to teach undergraduate Education courses face-to-face on our Henniker, NH campus. Courses are for education majors seeking educator licensure with the State of NH. Day time (8:00-4:30), face-to-face Henniker campus availability is a priority.

Essential Duties Summary

* Engage all students and facilitate and achieve course learning outcomes

* Review and grade all work submitted by students providing timely and substantive feedback

* Coach struggling students toward success

* Provide "experiential learning" opportunities when possible

* Support and facilitate course signature assessments

* Adhere to State of NH Department of Education teacher preparation standards

* Maintain twice-a-week, face-to-face

Required Qualifications

* Demonstrated knowledge and use of effective and innovative pedagogy, curriculum design and learning outcome alignment.

* Experience in the field

* Prior teaching and proven record of teaching effectiveness.

* Master's Degree in Education or related field

* Current NH State Teaching Certification.
