This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Principal at Strafford School, located in Strafford, NH. • Experience in curriculum development, instructional practices, and educational program coordination
• Proficiency in conflict resolution, decision-making, and fostering a positive school culture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, students, parents, and the community
• Knowledge of school policies, education regulations, and a commitment to fostering equity and inclusion
• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
• Prior experience in a leadership role within an educational setting is preferred
