One on One Special Education AssistantBeginning October 14, 2025, Effingham Elementary School is seeking a dynamic paraprofessional to work as an individual support to a kindergarten student with developmental and behavioral needs. The responsibilities include supporting the student across settings with academic and behavioral needs, data collection, and working as part of a team. Experience with early childhood and elementary aged students preferred.
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree preferred, Associate’s Degree or equivalent required for Title I School
The position is 29 hours per week when school is in session.
