Catholic Middle​/High School Teacher

Position Overview

We are seeking a part‑time middle/high school teacher to teach in a classical and Catholic classroom for the 2026‑27 academic year. Classes may include Math, Science, and Latin. You do not need a teaching certification or formal teaching experience to apply; we will train you for the role.

Regina Caeli Academy ((Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).) is a national classical homeschool academy built on Catholic tradition. The academy operates a formal Socratic classroom setting on Mondays and Thursdays. Positions are hourly, and childcare/nursery is provided. Vacation and Holy Days are listed on the academy website.

• Teach assigned subjects (Math, Science, Latin) in a structured classroom.
• Prepare for classes at home and arrive ready to teach on Mondays and Thursdays.
• Follow RCA curriculum and grading guidelines.
• Maintain classroom management per RCA standards.

• Must be able to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church.
• Strong communication skills, good organization, timeliness.
• Traditional view of the student‑teacher relationship.
• Lives the Catholic faith daily, having received the sacraments appropriate to life stage.
• Experience homeschooling, ministry, Religious Education, or teaching in classical/private settings is a plus but not required.

All teachers must attend mandatory training on August 10, 11, and 12, 2026 (8 am–5 pm). Childcare is not provided during training, though nursing babies are welcome. The role is on‑site Monday and Thursday only.

All staff complete a background check and RCA Safe Child training prior to teaching. All employees of Regina Caeli Academy are required to have a clear background check.
