Requires an undergraduate degree from an accredited institution and acceptance into a graduate studies program at Franklin Pierce University (acceptance must be confirmed before the candidate is considered).
Franklin Pierce University, a proud member of NCAA Division II and the Northeast‑10 Conference, is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual for the position of Graduate Assistant Coach for Men’s and Women’s Tennis. The appointment will begin in June 2026.
The Graduate Assistant position is a two‑year position, includes tuition remission and a stipend of $666.67 per month worked. Expectation to work 20 hours per week. Acceptance of the position is contingent upon successful admission into the University’s Graduate School.
Responsibilities- Recruiting, coaching, and practice planning for Men’s and Women’s Tennis teams
- Academic monitoring of student‑athletes
- Video breakdown and analysis for performance improvement
- Assisting with team travel and related logistics
- Completing additional coaching or administrative duties as assigned by the head coach
- Must possess previous playing experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Acceptance into a Franklin Pierce University graduate program (required prior to start)
- Strong communication, leadership, detail‑oriented, and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Valid driver’s license
