Fall Opening in Moharimet for a English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Teacher

The Oyster River Cooperative School District is seeking a full time ESOL Teacher at Moharimet Elementary. Must have knowledge of second language acquisition. New Hampshire ESOL certification is required or must be certifiable in NH.

• Provide instructional lessons.
• Provide culturally responsive and asset-based learning experiences for students.
• Use of research-based second-language teaching techniques.
• Design and implement instructions to meet the needs of all learners.
• Use of a variety of formal and informal assessments to monitor progress.
• Provide student support.
• Develop and coordinate programs.
• Coordinate, plan and administer ACCESS testing.
• Other duties as part of department coordination.
