Job Summary: Provide a high-quality educational program for students’ social, emotional, and intellectual growth, helping them reach their full potential.

• NH teacher certification in Science (grades 5-8) or proof of eligibility for NH certification
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience preferred but not required

In accordance with Bartlett Education Association (BEA) contract.

Principal

• Create an environment of respect and rapport that establishes a culture of learning
• Demonstrate knowledge of content areas and child development
• Plan and deliver instruction based upon student needs and district curriculum
• Manage classroom procedures and student behavior
• Assess and monitor student progress on learning standards to inform instruction
• Communicate with students and families about learning activities and progress
• Collaborate with JBES and SAU9 educators to enhance best practices
• Implement 504 and IEP accommodations and modifications to meet student needs
• Reflect on teaching practices and participate in ongoing professional growth
  
  Demonstrate professionalism and maintain accurate records
• Follow district policies and procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned by the principal
