Cornish Elementary School is seeking a caring, collaborative, and student-centered Grade 3 Educator to join our dedicated school community for the upcoming school year. Cornell Elementary School is a small PreK–8 school grounded in strong relationships, high expectations, and a commitment to helping every student grow both academically and personally. • Brings positivity, creativity, and a team‑oriented mindset to the school community

• Plan and deliver high‑quality Tier 1 instruction aligned to district and state standards
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners
• Foster a classroom culture that is safe, respectful, and student‑centered
• Communicate regularly and positively with families
• Participate in school‑wide initiatives, collaboration teams, and professional learning
• Support school expectations and contribute positively to the CES community

• NH Elementary Education certification (or eligibility) preferred
• Strong understanding of elementary instructional best practices
• Experience with standards‑based instruction and assessment practices preferred
• Knowledge of MTSS/intervention practices and data‑informed instruction preferred
