Rindge Memorial School is a PK-5 elementary school in Rindge, New Hampshire seeking a dedicated, organized, and collaborative individual to work in the main office.
Key Responsibilities- Assist administrators with projects.
- Securely maintain cumulative records on all students in accordance with District policy and all applicable laws.
- Distribute essential material to students and parents.
- Inventory office and building supplies and material; submit requisitions for orders as necessary.
- Receive and place telephone calls to appropriate persons.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of student records and data.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of student issues, concerns, and visits in accordance with District policies and laws, as outlined by ethical standards of school counseling.
Knowledge of:
- Computers, including word processing, publication, spreadsheet software programs, and office equipment.
- Office practices and procedures.
- Budget development, purchasing, and fiscal management.
Skill in:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with staff, students, and families.
- Exhibiting attention to detail.
- Multi-tasking.
- General bookkeeping, planning, organizing, and filing.
Ability to:
- Learn and interpret rules, regulations, laws, instructions, and procedures.
- Compile information from various sources and prepare basic and standard reports.
This position is subject to a significant volume of work that requires adherence to deadlines and workload goals which may be stressful and create pressure to meet goals and deadlines.

Job Requirements- At least 3 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
- High School/Trade School degree preferred.
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
