Do you love kids, animals, and the magic of fall? Charmingfare Farm is looking for energetic, outgoing Pony Leaders to help create unforgettable memories during our Pumpkin Festival (including Columbus Day) and Children’s Trick or Treat events.

• Lead pony rides, making sure every child has a safe and exciting experience.
• Share smiles and engage warmly with families.
• Care for ponies with tasks like haltering, leading, grooming, and tacking up.
• Keep the fun energy going all day long!

• Some experience with horses or ponies preferred, but not required if you’re willing to learn.
• Reliable, responsible, and upbeat attitude.
• Must be at least 16 with dependable transportation.
• Weekend availability is a must, with extra shifts for October & December events.

• Pony rides run 10 AM – 4 PM on weekends in October including Columbus Day.

• Competitive hourly rate (starting at $14 per hour), commensurate with experience.
